I want to know if there is availability on a particular date range
Select the desired date range in step "Dates & guests." To select the arrival and departure dates may do so by clicking on the calendar or the tabs down by day and month. Choose the number of adults and children who will be staying. Click on "Next". If in the next step "Rooms", appears in GREEN
circle line availability in the desired room, the room is available at that date range. If the circle appears in RED
, that room is not available on that date range, ther.
You can also choose different rates, if the hotel allows. The rates can be displayed on the second step "Rooms". The price varies depending on the day, number of adults and children who stay. If the hotel has a special rate or promotion, you can select it by clicking on the name of the rate that is below the detail of the book above the list of rooms
How do I select the room you want me stay?
Once placed in the second step "Rooms", you should choose the tab down, on the right of the screen, the number of rooms you want the type or category selected. If you would like more information and photos of a room, you must click on the sign
. Please consider people maximum rate supported by each room.
How do I confirm my reservation?
After selecting the dates, number of guests and rooms, confirm your booking by providing the name under which it will be registered, an e-mail address and any comments or special requests that you make the hotel should know previoa its arrival. At the same time the data should provide a real credit card paragarantizar your reservation, along with the address data of the holder thereof. For the reservation is completed must accept the terms and conditions thereof clicking toward the end of the form.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Once the booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email to the account you listed. At the end of the mail will find a link to the automatic cancellation of the reservation
